Living a creative life is important to me, but it’s hard to be creative when I am preoccupied with pain. I came to Jennifer’s studio with pain and an impending knee surgery. Jennifer helped me to become strong and stave off surgery for many years. Her small, intimate group training offers the best of both worlds; It is both physical and social therapy, like personal training but at a for more reasonable price. Training at Jennifer’s studio, whether with her or any of her wonderful trainers, like Tanya, has simply become part of my routine for healthy living. Far from dumping the same formula on each client, Jennifer and her trainers are always listening and learning. One last thing, I get a kick out of Jennifer and her sense of humor!

ROLL PILATES –
Here length meets strength meets core reformation. With specialized fascia releasing balls, we roll out the tight and “sticky” muscles of the spine. The longer the body, the stronger the body, and the better primed it is for a Pilates/Strength routine focused on core and upper body.
ROLL YOGA –
Roll Yoga honors the time honored tradition of Yoga while incorporating the newest in scientific fascia release techniques. Here, muscles are both stretched and released by rolling and releasing the body’s fascia.
