When it comes to the initial consult, OM Trainers take “thorough” to the next level. The friendly, one on one consult takes into consideration a multitude of factors:

Client Goals = Where you want to be and how to get there

Medical History = Prior injuries / physical restrictions / limitations / strengths

Body Composition = Ratio of muscle to body fat – and how slight alterations in this can drastically alter metabolism

Nutritional Analysis = All that you put into your body to get what you want out of your body

Alignment Assessment = Correct technique and form, essential to proper training, can only be achieved with proper alignment. OM training will get you there.

Our Recommendations = This is based this on you – the amount of time you can commit based on your schedule/lifestyle. Some clients train in the studio, some at home, some prefer to stay with their current routine. OM Trainers are here to consult, not to sell.
